Food Preservation Time is Beginning

We have  been canning a bunch!  Corn is stored and so is a bunch of tomato sauce.  The green beans are starting to come in so they are next up.  Here is a sample of the canning job today.  Pickled beets and maybe carrots this weekend!  I love to can!
